Goals and objectives
To increase user engagement and increase the number of orders on the Yandex.Food platform in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan through a large-scale prize campaign. The main goal is to motivate users to place orders and create a positive response around the service.
Decision
- The Muna Media team took over the organization and control of the campaign in two countries:
- The development of the terms of the campaign.
- Purchase of a prize pool, which includes valuable prizes such as Apple products and a tourist voucher.
- Performing the functions of a tax agent.
- Communication with the winners and delivery of prizes.
- Organizing and conducting live broadcasts for the prize draw, including renting a professional studio and hosts who speak two languages.
