From first conversation to the next campaign

How we work with businesses in Uzbekistan

We start with the business task and budget priorities. Before launch, we agree the scope, schedule and people responsible for coordination. The estimate describes planned costs; the report records completed work and the campaign results available.

What we need from your team

The business task

Your product, target audience, market, offer and the result you want the work to support. Share existing research and campaign data where available.

Budget and constraints

A working budget range, intended geography, preferred date and any procurement or compliance requirements.

People and access

A decision-maker, a day-to-day contact, available brand materials and the account or analytics access required for the agreed work.

The project stages

We use the indicative stages below. We confirm the actual schedule after reviewing scope, materials, approvals and placement availability.

  1. 1. Strategic session · Days 1–7

Review the business model, audience in Uzbekistan and competitive environment. Discuss channels, forecast KPIs, budget and the contracting and payment route.

Output: proposal, media plan by channel, draft contract and payment details. Forecasts are planning assumptions, not guaranteed results.

  2. 2. Contract and preparation · Days 7–10

Agree and sign the contract, arrange the invoice and payment, assign the project team and begin preparation.

Output: agreed scope, payment terms, contacts and responsibilities. Full prepayment, 50/50 or milestone payments are discussed individually and documented in the contract.

  3. 3. Launch and optimisation · Days 10–60

Adapt creative and messages, book approved placements and launch against the media plan. Monitor campaign indicators, review progress and make agreed adjustments.

Output: active campaign work, weekly progress reports and a record of changes. Reporting detail depends on channel data availability.

  4. 4. Review and scaling · Day 60 onwards

Review the first cycle, identify effective channels and recommend the next scope. Expansion of geography or budget requires a new decision, not an automatic increase.

Output: recommendations and an agreed next plan. Retainer, performance-linked or hybrid arrangements may be discussed after the first project; they are not a default promise.

A schedule with clear responsibilities

Coordination

Before work starts, we agree contacts on both sides. Muna Media’s coordinator brings together specialist and contractor tasks, requests materials and approvals, and tracks the agreed schedule.

Initiative

We propose ideas, formats and channels for your task, explain the choice and agree implementation with you. Your team retains the agreed approval role.

Changes

If materials, approvals or circumstances change, we discuss the impact on timing and cost. We agree additional expenses before they occur.

Understand the budget before you commit

The estimate sets out the project scope and cost, including agreed production and placement expenses. The report later shows what was delivered and the results available. These documents serve different purposes.

For market-entry projects, test campaigns start at $5,000. For a full market entry, we recommend from $25,000 for the first 3 months. These are planning amounts for market-entry work, not a fixed tariff for every Muna service. Your proposal defines the actual scope and payment terms.

If the budget is constrained, we prioritise the work and propose a sequence. We do not add services that are unnecessary for the agreed task.

Contracting and payment

Uzbekistan

Our Uzbekistan contracting entity is MAERO LLC, TIN 310905670, with UZS, USD, EUR, RUB and CNY payment options.

Russian clients

For clients needing a domestic counterparty and RUB documentation, we can discuss contracting through our Russian individual entrepreneur.

Confirm the route in the contract

We discuss the counterparty, invoice currency, conversion basis and document requirements before payment. Any alternative payment method requires legal and compliance review; it does not override applicable restrictions.

Client documents can include the services agreement, invoice, completion certificate, invoice documentation where required and campaign reports. The exact package follows the contract.

Questions before we start

Can you launch by a specific date?

Include the date in your enquiry. We check scope, material readiness, staffing, placement availability and approvals before discussing what schedule is possible. The form date is not a confirmed deadline.

Who coordinates the work?

We agree contacts before starting. The Muna Media coordinator collects specialist and contractor tasks, clarifies materials and approvals, and helps track the agreed schedule.

Will your team propose ideas?

Yes. We propose ideas, formats and channels for the business task, explain the rationale and agree execution with your team.

What is the difference between an estimate and a report?

The estimate describes future scope and costs. The report records completed work and the results available after or during the campaign. Additional costs require prior agreement.

Can payments be split?

We can discuss full prepayment, 50/50 and milestone payments. The signed agreement sets the actual schedule and any milestone conditions.

Share the task, budget range and any timing constraints. We will discuss the scope before work begins.
